Use Siri with Send When

Siri can take a note for you as soon as Send When is installed and you have signed in. There is nothing to add.

  1. Say “Note to self with Send When”. “Send a note with Send When” and “Remind me with Send When” work too.

  2. Siri asks “What’s the note?” Say it, with a time if you want one: “call the garage Friday at 9am”.

  3. With a time, the note is scheduled. Without one, it is sent straight away. Send When does not need to open.

  4. Optional: Note to self is also in the Shortcuts app under Send When, so you can run it from the Action Button (Settings › Action Button › Shortcut).

Tip: Siri needs iOS 16 or later. For a blank note to type into instead, add the Quick note widget or the New note control.
